Thursday 25th June 2009: The Vibeł is at Harlow Library (exhibition area), The High, Harlow until Sunday 28 June 2009.
Visitors experience a new mix of sounds including an interview with Frederick Gibberd, the architect and driving force behind the birth of Harlow New Town.
